Wech Tech recently completed engineered production of a fully-automated Opti-Therm thermal fluid heating system for Royal Dutch Shell.
The client chose to integrate Wech Tech's Opti-Therm with a Eclipse Ratiomatic Burner, Dean RA series Pumps and Allen-Bradley PLC controls package. For protection of both plant and personnel, Shell chose to install the PumpGuard System in their pump room. This total package was designed to greatly improve the overall process efficiency, operation cost, and control gains in production.
The system was shipped and installed in early September.
